Thorn started out as a drag bike…wheelie bar and all. Since I tend to run the old Harley Davidson Centerlines on most of my custom builds, it was a natural choice for this little rigid. I had a HD 21” profile rim in the shop and a New York City Choppers chrome springer front end that was purchased from EBay, so my then-apprentice, Adam Fryer, and I decided to use that combination up front, and dirt bike/scrambler tires were mounted.
